The In-Reach/Out-Reach team at Parklands work closely together to ensure children accessing the service receive a quality intervention which best suits their needs, in line with the GIRFEC principle of Getting It Right For Every Child.  We have recently developed a new curriculum which is based around the Health and Well-Being CfE Experiences and Outcomes as well as the Shanarri wellbeing indicators.

Whilst timetabled sessions are established within Parklands, the children remain very much a part of their school and class.  Pupils accessing the service are not required to have a diagnosed additional support need however it is an authority requirement that a Child’s Plan must be in place or in progress for them to access the intervention.
